Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Any cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service amount. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness.
